Sara E. Branch, Ph.D.

Sara E. Branch is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Purdue University. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Portland and a M.S. in Psychology (Social) from Purdue University. Her research focuses broadly on interests and motivation. She has collaborated with the School of Engineering Education at Purdue University to study how individual differences in Person and Thing Orientations influence student interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. She is currently collaborating with Dr. Monica Cox on developing an assessment tool that measures the knowledge, skills, and attributes necessary for career success in the field of Engineering.
